MH2.2 Inventory of gaps NAPCORE 2023
This Milestone describes the detected gaps for 2023, ranked by relevance for NAPCORE.
For the ten most relevant gaps, recommendations for further action are being done, either within NAPORE or elsewhere.
Ultimately, ten gaps were identified and ranked for relevance, with five of them deemed critical:
(1) Absence of defined roles and relationships between NAPs and the European Mobility Data Space.
(2) Lack of harmonization in implementing existing data standards.
(3) Limited understanding of the financial costs associated with NAPs and data accessibility.
(4) Insufficient commitment from Member States to implement NAPCORE recommendations.
(5) Management of Electronic Traffic Regulations (METR).
