This is why Member States have set, or are in the process of setting up their National Access Points (NAP) to facilitate access, easily exchange and reuse of transport related data, in order to help support the provision of EU-wide interoperable travel and traffic services to end users.
As such, NAP´s can be referred as the backbone of European Mobility Data Exchange
