Does your organisation hold transport-related data?
Wednesday, 26th June 2024 NAPCORE organised a Webinar and workshop in order to accelerate the data provision on the National Access Points.
91 organisations showed their interest in the event.
The webinar was the perfect opportunity to present our survey results, while the workshop allowed us to have fruitful exchanges with the participants.
Our main takeouts?
- There is a need for closer collaboration between NAPs/National bodies and data providers
- There is a need for a better definition of what is expected from the data providers
- There is a need to inform data providers on the wider benefits of sharing data on the NAPs
- There is a need for clarification and harmonization of data standards
- There is a need to clarify what can be done with the data provided on the NAPs
We thank all the participants for their contributions.
The upcoming months will now be dedicated to the development of recommendations for NAPs/national bodies and communication material for the organisations holding transport data.
